PRICES
Unless indicated otherwise all prices displayed on this website exclude carriage and vat.

EQUIPMENT
Our products are continuously under review. We therefore reserve the right to amend product specifications without prior notice.

PAYMENT
Customers can make payments using cash, cheque, bank transfer or credit card. For added security, account customers can use their pre-arranged credit facility. To eliminate the chances of fraud all orders will be confirmed by telephone before being accepted.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
We are happy to deliver your order to virtually anywhere in Europe. Delivery/collection fees will be calculated based on the location of the venue and the content of the order.

VARIATION POLICY
It will generally be possible to add or remove equipment from your order list up to 24 hours before delivery, although this will be at our sole discretion. This excludes special ‘non-stock’ items, which may have to be ordered in advance.

LOSS OR DAMAGE
All equipment becomes the sole responsibility of the hirer upon delivery. Please treat the equipment as if it was your own, and bear in mind that the venue may take absolutely no responsibility for any loss or damage. Even if the equipment is covered by a specific insurance policy (whether arranged by you or us) the insurer will expect you to have taken reasonable steps to secure equipment and/or keep it out of view or reach.
